School-age members need parent or guardian permission and parent contact information connected to their account.
The platform is built around supervised sessions, presentations, and approved educational activities.
Zoom links, meeting IDs, and passwords appear inside the approved student dashboard, not as public website links.
Admins and mentors can monitor sessions, approve students, review submissions, and handle safety reports.
AI Coach drafts feedback and points, but admins approve official scores, rank changes, certificates, and sensitive feedback.
Students can report concerns from their dashboard, and parents can contact Yuva Club for support.
